Birth Plan Workshop
$50.00

Whether you’re planning a homebirth, hospital birth, or cesarean - it’s crucial to know your options. Having education and knowledge on what to expect beforehand can reduce anxieties, boost bodily autonomy, and promote self advocacy during the birthing process. While the goal is not to control birth, it is to make sure you feel confident and empowered walking into your birthing space. During this session we will walk through not only the main aspects of a birth plan, but also what is typical at your chosen birthing location and some key things to keep in mind.

Homebirth in a Hospital
$50.00

In this workshop we will discuss various elements you can include in your birthing experience to replicate a home birth in a hospital setting! From people, to tools, to environment we will walk through all of the things that make a home birth so comforting and how to incorporate these into your chosen birthing location. This can be particularly helpful for people who wanted a home birth or birth center experience but were unable to have that opportunity (high risk, affordability, etc.).
